Products and advice

Product descriptions and guidance on this website are general information, not a personal diagnosis. For advice tailored to your skin, book a consultation or get skincare support. Some professional brands (Dermaviduals and Circadia) are only available to clients after a consultation, through the client portal.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Facial Theory is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by Shopify at checkout, and I don't see or store your card details.

Your order

Your order is accepted when you receive your order confirmation email. If something is unavailable or there's a pricing mistake, I'll contact you and you can choose a refund or an alternative.

Cancellations and returns

See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Memberships

The Skin Circle membership has its own terms, shown when you join and in the cancellation policy.

Using the website and portal

Please keep your login details private. Content on this website (text, photos and branding) belongs to Facial Theory and mustn't be copied without permission.

Liability

I'm responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. I'm not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. This doesn't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
