Where I deliver

UK addresses only.

Delivery costs

• Standard UK delivery: £3.99
• Free standard delivery on orders of £75 or more
• Click & collect from Thatcham: free

When will it arrive?

Orders are sent within 2 working days by Royal Mail. Some professional products are ordered in for you. If something will take longer, I'll let you know by email.

Click & collect

Collection is from the collection box by the gate in Thatcham, on Tuesdays 2–6pm or Fridays 3–6pm. You choose your day in your basket, and I need 2 working days' notice to get your order ready. Your order will be in a bag with your name on it, and you'll get an email when it's ready. If you can't make your day, email me and we'll arrange another.

Orders not collected within 14 days are returned to stock and refunded.

Returned, lost or damaged parcels

If Royal Mail returns your parcel to me (for example, it wasn't collected from the delivery office or the address was incomplete), I'll contact you to arrange sending it again. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email facialtheory@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.
