THE CONCEPT
At Facial Theory, we're all about bespoke and results-driven treatments that address your unique skin concerns. Your skin is as special as you are and that's why you won't find a cookie-cutter approach here. Nope, that's not our style!

My mission is to take the time to thoroughly assess your skin and create personalised treatments that fit your needs.

MY BACKGROUND
My background probably isn’t what you’d imagine – I actually spent many years working in a fast-paced role in a corporate company. I achieved a lot during my time there, but after having children I realised that something was missing - and that was passion for the job.
​
After years of obsessing over my own skin routine at home, it didn’t take me long to realise that skincare was my calling. So I decided to follow my dreams, retrain as a skin specialist, and make my own mark on the industry.
Facial Theory was born!
QUALIFICATIONS
It's so important when dealing with the skin and advanced techniques that you have the education behind you to back it up. I made sure when I was training that my education was of the highest standards of excellence, recognised internationally, and OFQUOL regulated (that part is very important!)

It is important to bear in mind that, unfortunately, the skincare industry is unregulated. This means that anyone can be 'CPD accredited' and have no official government-backed qualifications. However, my qualifications are CIBTAC and are the best in the industry, widely recognised, and mean that I have trained to a very high standard.

My qualifications include:
CIBTAC Level 2 Award in Facial Skincare

CIBTAC Level 3 Certificate Principles of Cosmetic Practice including:
Anatomy & Physiology of the body & skin
Health & Safety in Clinic
Skin Analysis & Assessment
Beauty Therapy Science​

NVQ Level 3 Facial Electrics Treatments

I am also currently working on qualifications for:
Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Skin Science & NVQ Level 4 Radio Frequency​
